Shinning Unapologetically
The most powerful thing ever done for myself is, believe in myself enough to invest time and energy into cultivating confidence, self love and self trust.
My life and myself have completely flipped upside down and transformed a dozen times in the last few years (to say the least).
March 2020 closed the doors to my thriving massage therapy business, for what I thought would be only a few weeks.
Little did I realize the universe had bigger plans for me.
Abruptly lost my studio space in April, ultimately closed my massage practice for good, and spent the following months in extreme anxiety and panic attacks, feeling as though I had lost my identity as a person, lost my confidence, my self worth and trust in myself.
Before this I didn't realize just how much of my confidence and self worth came from my work, not from with in me.
Eventually I found my flow again, started taking care of myself again, started seeing what was possible for the future after massage.
Since then have...
-Cultivated true, authentic and unapologetic confidence, self belief and self worth.
-Started and grown two new businesses/careers, coaching ;) and a furniture fabrication business with my husband.
-Sold our first house to purchase our dream property.
-Deepened my relationship with my husband.
-Transformed my body.
-Sky rocketed my mindset.
-And gone on tune of fun adventures, passionately living my life!
-Opened and grown a online coaching business.
-Created a successful steel fabrication business with my husband.
-Manifested and bought our dream property, to expand our fabrication shop, open a micro RV camp ground, and will soon finish renovations on a AirBNB/workshop space to hold in person coaching/yoga/hypnosis workshops!
Remember…
Believing in yourself, your ability & your absolute worthiness, is a fucking superpower!
Sure there have been plenty of bumps, detours, tears and exhausted laughter a long the way, but each time I come back to myself, more connected, more self belief, more empowered!
The culmination of all my transformations have allowed me to shine my light bright! W/o self doubt, fear and overwhelm holding me back!
