Reminder: You Are Enough!

Needed this reminder today!

While I have come leaps and bounds in my growth, from so much self loathing, doubt and self shit talk…. To cultivating genuine self love, empowering self talk and belief in myself and my dreams…

Self doubt and negativity self talk still creep into my mind if left unattended.

One of my favorite analogies, from a mentor of mine, Brooke Castillo “an unattended mind is like an unattended toddler with knifes in their hands running around the house!”

Truly though, jokes aside, I notice an enormous difference in the way I think, feel and act towards myself, when I take the time to tune into and check in with myself.

This sometimes looks like yoga, sometimes journaling, meditating, being outside with my thoughts, taking a moment to ask myself how I am truly doing in this moment.

Think of it this way… if you take care of your car, fill it with gas, get the oil changed, have the engine checked when lights come on…. You feel confident that the car is capable to get you from point a to point b.

When we take the time to fill up our energy (gas), create regular self care routines (oil change), and listen to our body when it needs a break (check engine light), we feel confident in ourselves and our capability to create what we are most excited about in this life!

So this is your reminder (and mine) that you are strong, capable, worthy and enough to create anything you desire in your life!! Give yourself compassion, empathy and care and remember… you are a badass!!

You are enough, you are worthy and you are deserving of creating a life that lights you up!

In love, light and so much gratitude ✌️
