Learn to Read Your Map

If you knew 100% that in one year from now you would have everything you desire, all you have to do is follow your road map. Would you do the work to learn to read the map?

Today is the day you get to choose, if you are going to learn to read your map, or stick to trying to find your way based on an old buddy's crummy directions.

We get to choose if we're going to do the same thing we did yesterday and the day before the day before that, or we get to choose if we start to shift our habits and mindset.

As you start to change your daily habits towards creating what you truly desire in your life, pay attention to where you find yourself holding yourself back so that you can bust through those limiting beliefs.

So that you can actually create what you want in your life.

We get to become aware of our limiting beliefs before we can bust through them, and actually create what we want.

Deciding you're ready to change is the first step, then become aware of where you are holding yourself back.

Explore the limiting belief with curiosity, compassion and interest, this will allow you to be gentle with yourself.

Explore how the limiting belief serves you and limits you.

Example- if our limiting belief is that it is not safe to be seen, ask how does this belief serve me and how does it limit me?

Limit-- holds us back from showing up authentically online in our business.
Serve- it has protected us in the past when we hide from a dangerous situation or needing to hide from an abuser.

Understanding our limiting beliefs and then busting through them will allow us to create ease, flow and alignment with the actions we take.

This will help you take inspired and aligned action each day, to create what you want in three months, six months, a year from now.

Remember the small steps today (deciding we are ready for change, becoming aware of and then busting through limiting beliefs, taking inspired action) lead to massive transformation for tomorrow!

Learn to read your map, and remember its not just about the destination but also about the beautiful journey there!

This was part of my journey, one of many destination on my map. At 19 I went into the back country of the Yukon Territory in northern Canada for 80 days of backpacking, glacier mountaineering and whitewater canoeing!
