Badass Great-Aunt Janice

This is my great aunt Janice. Summer of 2021 we celebrated her 90th birthday at a brewery of course, because she thought breweries were really fun. 

She came out to our wedding a few years ago, at 87, and was out on the dance floor having a blast, when she fell down (turns out she even broke a few ribs) and she got back up and continued to dance the rest of the night. 

She even rode the ski chairlift to the top of the mountain the next day to hang out at the summit with the rest of the family.

She's an inspiration to me. 

I love her dearly. 

She is missed in her family, as so many of our other amazing strong, beautiful, kind, caring, determined women in my family are.

I come from a long line of strong women, entrepreneurial women, of women who are kind and caring but also bold and strong, carrying the weight of the family.

Part of the reason I do what I do is, because I want to make them proud.

Empowering women to harness their inner power and create a life they truly love. 

To believe in themselves, to know themselves, to understand themselves, to grow themselves, to love themselves. 

To not let fears and societal pressures hold them back. 

Today I want to say cheers to my great Aunt Janice, to my strong grandmother's, and great grandmothers, and to all of the other amazing strong, kind and caring women in my family! I love you all so much!!
