Grateful for the Women Who Came Before Us (Love yourself for yourself and for them)

We get to get out of our own way to create what we desire in this world, not just for ourselves but for the women who came before us who never had the opportunity to live their most authentic life.

You don’t have to do anything, but if you want to do something in your life, you GET TO get out of your own damn way and make it happen!

Not just for yourself, but for your family, your neighbors, your community, and the massive ripple that has no end to the magic your light spreads!

And also for all of the women that have come before us, who did not have the opportunities that we now have!

Cultivating self love, self trust and getting to truly know and create myself, the self that I always dreamed of being but was always to scared to say it out loud, because it felt unattainable, has been the greatest adventure of my life.

I will be forever grateful to the many versions of my past self who planted and nurtured the seeds of growth.
