It’s good to be good.
It's good to be good.
Allow yourself to feel good, allow yourself to enjoy the good emotions.
Don't allow yourself to feel guilt or shame for feeling good in your life.
Often in life, I have felt there is a glorification of the shit in life.
Everybody complaining, trying to top everybody else's complaint.
For a long time, it felt abnormal to run into someone doing good.
And for some reason I've felt this shame around feeling good when I'm doing well and those around me in my life, in my community or in the world are not doing well.
For a long time I felt the shame of why would I deserve to feel good when so many people are in so much pain and so much struggle, and it's something I still deal with from time to time.
When I notice shame rising up…
I remind myself.
I can't fix the world.
I can only start with myself.
And that's what I've done, I've started with myself, I've grown myself I've committed to myself growth and my growth as a person, in my mind, my body, my businesses and my relationships.
I've committed to my self growth. And as I grow myself I can begin to help more and more of those around me.
And each person I get to help, I get to help remind them that they are worthy of happiness, of fulfillment, of abundance, that they are deserving of everything they want to create in their life, and that they can continue the ripple affect out into their families, communities, and businesses!
I remind them all. It starts with you.
If you can't take care of yourself you can't take care of anybody else.
So if you're in a place, a dark place where it's hard to get out of the rabbit hole of self doubt, self sabotage. If life feels like life is just shitting on you right now.
Take a moment to breathe, to connect with yourself.
Tune inward and remind yourself, you are enough.
You are worthy.
You are deserving.
Remind yourself that it's okay to feel good.
It's safe to feel good.
And then focus on the tiny things in your life, in your business, in your relationships, in your job.
Focus on the tiny things that bring you joy. The minute, the miniscule.
Notice how the air smells on a crisp fall morning.
Notice, just the tips of the trees, turning colors with the leaves.
Notice the birds singing in the trees.
Notice micro moments of delight.
The sunshine, shining down on happy houseplants.
When we focus on those minute moments in our life, It begins to build our energy in a positive direction.
We begin to notice more and more micro moments of delight, creating a vibration within ourselves to attract more of that into our daily life!
Focus on the good things in life.
And don't be ashamed of it!
Know that when you fill yourself up, You get to shine your light. And that's when you can help those around you is when you shine, fully brightly.
