The venue, Inspiration Cabin, was such a beautiful and peaceful space to do this kind of work. I was a bit nervous going in, but the cozy vibes and hot tea made me feel right at home. “About 7 weeks ago, I had an Rapid Transformational Therapy session with Kelsey.

Before my sessions with Kelsey, I was wondering what was it that I was doubting myself about and I needed some help. Already in our discovery call, she helped me out to have a different realization and understanding. It wasn't about doubting, but trusting myself. I had got disconnected in some ways from myself and had failed to meet some of my own needs and as a consequence I had lost my own trust in different area of my life.

During the session, Kelsey helped me to find out what has caused this situation and get some practical ways to build the trust again with myself, believing that I can take a great care of myself and I can make a work done!!

A week after we had a coaching call when she helped me to have those realization in conscious level, plus she gave me some practical exercises to build the trust within myself. “I know that I have a lot of skills and gifts to share with the world, especially when it comes to working with people who are trying to navigate the difficult job of transitioning out of correctional facilities into the community. However, I tend to mentally self-sabotage and question my ability and why anyone would want to work with me. I have done this throughout my years of self-employment (regardless of the kind of work) and i knew there had to be a root cause that was telling me that I wasn’t enough, good enough, smart enough, talented enough, and so on.

I had a horrible evening not that long ago and my mind was swirling with self-doubt and a lack of confidence in my abilities. I happened to see Kelsey was offering session on confidence and that was the exact thing that I was seeking (without even looking). It is as if the universe provided the answer right before my eyes.

During our phone consultation, i was immediately drawn to Kelsey’s energy. I answered her questions and could feel the underlying emotions bubbling up inside of me. I had been on day three of my self-doubt spiral and seemed to be teary-eyed over everything. Kelsey brought just a light to our conversation that i felt comfortable immediately. We were able to book the actual hypnosis session a few days later. I had never been hypnotized before other than the attempt to self-hypnotize myself. Kelsey guided me perfectly and safely to the scenes that I needed to see and to make sense of them. The most powerful point in the session was talking to my inner child. I could vividly see my 6 year old toothless self looking at me. The merging of the child gave me both a sense of goosebumps and warmth. I felt renewed after that session.

It has been two weeks since my session. I have been listening to my recording every night before bed. I havent had a self-doubt or lack of confidence spiral since my work with Kelsey! Thank you for everything Kelsey!”
